Welcome to Zionverse, LLC ("Zionverse," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our iOS application "TextLab AI," our website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Important: TextLab AI is an AI helper for text chat, homework assistance, image creation, and social content. It does not replace your judgment, professional advice, academic responsibility, or platform-specific requirements. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Zionverse develops and provides the "TextLab AI" iOS application and related digital services for AI-powered productivity and creativity. Our Services may include:

• The TextLab AI iOS application available through the Apple App Store
• AI text chat, writing, rewriting, summarization, and brainstorming tools
• Homework help, study explanations, and educational assistance
• Image generation, image prompt assistance, and visual ideation features
• Social captions, bios, replies, content ideas, and post-polishing tools
• Saved prompts, drafts, generated outputs, export, and sharing features
• Customer support and technical assistance
• Content, features, and services that we may add from time to time

3. App Usage and Content Storage

User Content

TextLab AI may store chats, prompts, homework questions, generated images, social drafts, and settings locally on your device. Some content is processed through AI services to provide requested features. You agree to:

• Use the app responsibly and in accordance with these Terms
• Submit only content you have the right to use and process
• Review AI outputs before relying on, submitting, publishing, or sharing them
• Take responsibility for backing up your device and exported content
• Keep your device secure to protect chats, drafts, and generated content
• Notify us immediately of any security concerns or unauthorized access

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use our Services.

4. Acceptable Use and Content Guidelines

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Create, request, upload, or share content that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use our Services to generate harassment, hate speech, threats, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or instructions for illegal activities
• Use homework assistance to cheat, plagiarize, or violate your school, university, or testing policy
• Generate or distribute deceptive social content, impersonation, spam, scams, or misleading claims
• Create images or text that infringe copyright, trademarks, likeness rights, privacy rights, or other intellectual property rights
• Upload sensitive personal information, confidential third-party data, or content you are not authorized to process
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services
• Upload or share malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, prompts, systems, or AI models
• Use our Services to build, train, or improve a competing AI product without authorization

5. AI-Generated Content and User Responsibility

AI Content Limitations

IMPORTANT: TextLab AI uses artificial intelligence to generate text, explanations, images, captions, summaries, ideas, and other content. Please understand the following limitations:

• AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, unsafe, or inappropriate
• AI output is not professional legal, medical, financial, academic, or mental health advice
• Homework explanations may contain mistakes and should be checked against trusted sources and class materials
• Image outputs may resemble existing works, people, brands, or styles
• Social content may violate platform policies if used without review
• You are responsible for verifying all content before use, submission, publication, or commercial distribution

Homework and Academic Use

TextLab AI is intended to help you learn, understand concepts, and improve your work. You are responsible for following all academic integrity rules that apply to you. Do not submit AI-generated answers as your own work when doing so would violate a school, course, test, or platform policy.

Image and Social Content Use

You are responsible for ensuring that generated images, captions, posts, and other public content are accurate, lawful, non-infringing, and permitted by the services where you publish them.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to software, designs, text, graphics, logos, user interface, prompts, workflows, and AI feature integrations, are owned by Zionverse or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for personal and lawful commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to TextLab AI and content you create using the app, to the extent permitted by law. By using our Services, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your content as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.

You acknowledge that AI requests may require transmitting prompts, images, homework questions, and other inputs to AI processing services to generate outputs.

8. Purchases and Payments

App Store Purchases

Purchases of the TextLab AI iOS application are processed through the Apple App Store. All purchase terms, including pricing, payment methods, taxes, and refund policies, are governed by Apple's Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions and Premium Features

TextLab AI may offer subscription-based premium features managed through RevenueCat and processed via the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or suitable for your specific needs.

AI Output Disclaimers

WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, originality, safety, reliability, or usefulness of AI-generated content
• Warranties that homework assistance, image generation, or social content will meet any external requirement
• Warranties that AI-generated content will not infringe third-party intellectual property or publicity rights
• Warranties that generated content is appropriate for publication, submission, or commercial use

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zionverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, academic consequences, account restrictions, reputational harm, data loss, or business opportunities arising from your use of TextLab AI.

In no event shall Zionverse's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Copyright and Third-Party Rights

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. You are responsible for ensuring that any text, image, document, prompt, reference, or generated output you use does not infringe copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.

If you believe content associated with TextLab AI infringes your rights, please contact us with detailed information about the alleged infringement.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zionverse, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, violation of academic or platform policies, infringement of third-party rights, or publication or commercial use of content created with TextLab AI.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to TextLab AI and our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

Upon termination, your right to use TextLab AI will cease immediately. These Terms will remain in effect to the extent necessary to resolve disputes, enforce rights, and protect the Services.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through the TextLab AI application. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
