Zionverse develops and provides the "Manifested" iOS application and related digital services. Our Services may include:

3. App Usage and Data Storage

Local Data Storage

Manifested stores your personal data (manifestations, goals, journal entries) locally on your device only. Your content is not uploaded to cloud servers. You agree to:

• Use the app responsibly and in accordance with these Terms
• Understand that your data remains on your device and is not synced to the cloud
• Take responsibility for backing up your device to protect your content
• Notify us of any technical issues or security concerns
• Keep your device secure to protect your personal manifestation data

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use our Services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities

7. Purchases and Payments

App Store Purchases

Purchases of the Manifested iOS application are processed through the Apple App Store. All purchase terms, including pricing, payment methods, and refund policies, are governed by Apple's Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions and RevenueCat

Manifested offers subscription-based premium features managed through RevenueCat and processed via the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. RevenueCat helps us manage subscription status and provide cross-platform subscription access.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zionverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zionverse from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Manifested and our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

Upon termination, your right to use Manifested and our Services will cease immediately. Since your personal data is stored locally on your device, you retain full control over your content. These Terms will remain in effect to the extent necessary to resolve any disputes or enforce any rights.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through the Manifested application. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
