By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Important: Ghost Writer AI is designed as a creative writing assistant and inspiration tool. It does not guarantee professional quality lyrics or replacement for human creativity. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Zionverse develops and provides the "Ghost Writer AI" iOS application and related digital services for AI-powered lyric writing and creative assistance. Our Services may include:

• The Ghost Writer AI iOS application available through the Apple App Store
• AI-powered lyric generation, completion, and inspiration features
• Creative writing tools and songwriting assistance
• Rhyme suggestions, meter analysis, and lyrical structure guidance
• Song organization, project management, and export capabilities
• Customer support and technical assistance
• Content, features, and services that we may add from time to time

3. App Usage and Content Creation

Local Data Storage

Ghost Writer AI stores your lyrics, song projects, and creative content locally on your device. Your original compositions and creative work remain on your device and are not uploaded to cloud servers unless you explicitly choose to share or export them. You agree to:

• Use the app responsibly and in accordance with these Terms
• Understand that your lyrics and creative content remain on your device
• Take responsibility for backing up your device to protect your creative work
• Keep your device secure to protect your intellectual property
• Notify us immediately of any security concerns or unauthorized access

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use our Services.

4. Acceptable Use and Content Guidelines

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Create content that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Generate or create lyrics promoting violence, hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Use our Services to create content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property

5. AI-Generated Content and Creative Ownership

IMPORTANT: Ghost Writer AI uses artificial intelligence to generate lyric suggestions, creative prompts, and writing assistance. Please understand the following limitations:

• AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be original, accurate, or of professional quality
• AI suggestions may inadvertently resemble existing copyrighted works
• The app is a creative tool and does not replace human judgment, creativity, or legal review

Content Ownership

Your Original Content: You retain ownership of lyrics, songs, and creative content that you create using Ghost Writer AI as a tool. However, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for ensuring your final work does not infringe third-party rights
• You bear full responsibility for any commercial use of content created with our app
• We recommend consulting with legal professionals for commercial music projects

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

All content, features, and functionality of our Services, including but not limited to software, AI models, text, graphics, logos, and audio, are owned by Zionverse or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Rights

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for personal and commercial creative purposes in accordance with these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of lyrics and content you create using our app. By using our Services, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your content as necessary to provide AI assistance and app functionality.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

You acknowledge that your lyrics and creative content are stored locally on your device and you are responsible for their security and backup.

8. Purchases and Payments

App Store Purchases

Purchases of the Ghost Writer AI iOS application are processed through the Apple App Store. All purchase terms, including pricing, payment methods, and refund policies, are governed by Apple's Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions and Premium Features

Ghost Writer AI offers subscription-based premium features managed through RevenueCat and processed via the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant that the app will meet your specific creative needs.

Creative Content Disclaimers

WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties regarding the originality, quality, or commercial viability of AI-generated content
• Warranties that AI suggestions will not infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• Warranties regarding the accuracy or appropriateness of lyrical content
• Warranties that AI-generated content will be suitable for commercial use

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zionverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, creative work, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of Ghost Writer AI.

In no event shall Zionverse's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Copyright and DMCA Compliance

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that content created using our app infringes your copyright, please contact us with detailed information about the alleged infringement.

Important: As a user, you are responsible for ensuring that any content you create, share, or commercialize does not infringe third-party copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zionverse, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of any third-party rights, or commercial use of content created with our app.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Ghost Writer AI and our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

Upon termination, your right to use Ghost Writer AI will cease immediately. Since your content is stored locally on your device, you retain full control over your creative work. These Terms will remain in effect to the extent necessary to resolve any disputes.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through the Ghost Writer AI application. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
