Welcome to Zionverse, LLC ("Zionverse," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our iOS application "Anxiety Tracker," our website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Important: Anxiety Tracker is designed for mental health self-management and should not replace professional medical or mental health care. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Zionverse develops and provides the "Anxiety Tracker" iOS application and related digital services for mental health self-management. Our Services may include:

• The Anxiety Tracker iOS application available through the Apple App Store
• Anxiety symptom tracking, mood logging, and pattern analysis features
• Coping strategy tools and mental health resource recommendations
• Goal setting and progress tracking for mental health management
• Customer support and technical assistance
• Content, features, and services that we may add from time to time

3. App Usage and Data Storage

Local Data Storage

Anxiety Tracker stores your sensitive mental health data (anxiety logs, mood entries, coping strategies) locally on your device only. Your personal health information is not uploaded to cloud servers. You agree to:

• Use the app responsibly and in accordance with these Terms
• Understand that your mental health data remains on your device and is not synced to the cloud
• Take responsibility for backing up your device to protect your sensitive health information
• Keep your device secure with strong passwords and biometric authentication
• Notify us immediately of any security concerns or unauthorized access

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use our Services and track your mental health data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Services
• Upload or share malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or mental health professionals
• Impersonate mental health professionals or provide false medical information
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

5. Medical Disclaimer and Limitations

CRITICAL LIMITATION: Anxiety Tracker is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or cure for any mental health condition. The app is designed for self-management and tracking purposes only.

• The app should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health care
• Always consult qualified mental health professionals for diagnosis and treatment
• In case of mental health crisis, contact emergency services immediately
• The app's insights and patterns are for informational purposes only
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any health-related information

Your Rights

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to our Services, including your personal anxiety tracking data. By using our Services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content as necessary to provide our Services.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy and the protection of your sensitive mental health data are paramount. Our collection and use of personal information, particularly health data, is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding mental health data.

You acknowledge that your mental health data is stored locally on your device and you are responsible for its security and backup.

8. Purchases and Payments

App Store Purchases

Purchases of the Anxiety Tracker iOS application are processed through the Apple App Store. All purchase terms, including pricing, payment methods, and refund policies, are governed by Apple's Terms and Conditions.

Subscriptions and RevenueCat

Anxiety Tracker offers subscription-based premium features managed through RevenueCat and processed via the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. RevenueCat helps us manage subscription status and provide cross-platform subscription access.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Service Availability

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not warrant that the app will meet your specific mental health needs or that it will be compatible with all devices.

Medical Disclaimers

WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of mental health information
• Warranties that the Services will prevent, diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health condition
• Warranties regarding the effectiveness of coping strategies or mental health resources

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zionverse shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, mental health progress, or business opportunities arising from your use of Anxiety Tracker.

In no event shall Zionverse's total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zionverse, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of any third-party rights, or misuse of mental health data.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Anxiety Tracker and our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device.

Upon termination, your right to use Anxiety Tracker and our Services will cease immediately. Since your mental health data is stored locally on your device, you retain full control over your content. These Terms will remain in effect to the extent necessary to resolve any disputes or enforce any rights.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or through the Anxiety Tracker application. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
